Forwarding is the fastest way to share a message with another customer or move information between chats.
Steps
Open the chat
Navigate to the chat with the message you want to forward.
Open message actions
Hover over the message and open the actions menu.
Click Forward
A picker opens.
Pick the destination chat
Search and select.
Send
The message is forwarded.
Tips
- Forwarding preserves media (image, audio, video, document) attached to the message.
- WhatsApp marks forwarded messages with a forwarded label on the recipient side.
