Dashboard overview
The dashboard is your operational home screen. Open it first thing each day to spot anything that needs attention.

What you will see

  • Summary counts - templates, contacts, broadcasts, chats.
  • Connection health - phone status for each connected number.
  • Broadcast progress - any active campaigns and their current state.
  • Quick links - jump straight into common modules.
The dashboard updates in real time over a socket connection, so you do not need to refresh.

What to act on

  • A disconnected number - jump to reconnect.
  • A stalled broadcast - open the campaign and check pause / resume controls.
  • A growing chat backlog - open chats or the kanban board to triage.

Tips

  • If something on the dashboard looks stale, refresh once. Repeat staleness usually points to a socket issue or a connection problem.
