Tag settings
Tags are flexible labels you apply to chats and contacts. Use them to group, filter, and target.

Steps

Open Settings -> Tags

Navigate to the tag settings page.

Click Add tag

Enter a name and pick a color.

Save

The tag becomes available across the organization.

Edit or delete

  • Click an existing tag to rename or recolor it.
  • Use the actions menu to delete a tag (this removes it from any chats or contacts that have it).

Tips

  • Use tags to mark campaign sources, segments, lifecycle stages, or VIP contacts.
  • Keep your tag list tidy. A long list nobody understands is worse than no tags.
