Manage shared quick replies - Clapvo Help Center

The shared quick reply list (also called All) is the org-wide library. Anyone in your organization can trigger these replies inline from chat.

Steps

Open Settings -> Quick replies -> All

Navigate to the shared list.

Add a reply

Click add to create a new shared reply. See Single message or Funnel.

Edit

Click an existing reply to update it.

Delete

Use the actions menu to remove a reply.

Treat shared replies as approved messaging. Review wording before adding to the list.
Use the preview modal to check funnel replies before publishing.
Keep the list curated - duplicates and stale replies make the picker harder to use.
