Add contact form
Contacts is your customer database. Add records here so you can target them in campaigns and see context inside chats.

Before you start

  • The contact name and phone number (with country code)

Steps

Open Contacts

Navigate to the contacts module.

Click Add contact

Open the new contact form.

Fill the form

Enter name, phone number, and any other available fields.

Add tags

Tag the contact so you can target them later (optional).

Save

The contact appears in your database.

Tips

  • Always include the country code on phone numbers - this is what WhatsApp uses to route messages.
  • Use tags to group contacts by source, segment, or campaign.
