Kanban column settings
Kanban columns are the stages chats move through on the kanban board. Configure them to match your real workflow.

Steps

Open Settings -> Kanban

Navigate to the kanban column settings page.

Add a column

Click add and enter a name.

Reorder columns

Drag columns into the order you want them on the board.

Edit or delete

Click a column to rename it, or use the actions menu to delete.

Save

Changes appear on the kanban board immediately.

Tips

  • Use stages that describe meaningful transitions (New, In progress, Waiting on customer, Won, Lost).
  • Resist adding too many columns. The board gets crowded fast.
  • A column you delete cannot easily be restored - rename instead if you are unsure.
