The preview modal shows you exactly what a quick reply will look like before you send it. Especially useful for funnel replies with multiple stages.

Steps

Open Settings -> Quick replies

Navigate to your reply list (All or My).

Open the preview action

Click the preview button on the reply.

Step through stages

For funnel replies, navigate stage by stage.

Close

Return to the list when done.

  • Preview before promoting a personal reply to the shared list.
  • For funnels, preview every stage to catch typos and missing media.
