Single message builder
A single-message quick reply is the simplest format - one message you save once and reuse forever.

Before you start

  • Decide whether the reply should be shared (org-wide) or personal (only you)

Steps

Open Settings -> Quick replies

Pick All for shared or My for personal.

Click Add

Open the builder.

Choose Single message

Pick the simple type.

Enter content

Type the message you want to save.

Save

The reply is now triggerable inline from any chat.

Tips

  • Save replies for greetings, common FAQs, escalation messages, and signatures.
  • Keep names short and obvious - you will pick from a list mid-conversation.
