Funnel builder
A funnel reply is a sequence - the agent triggers it once and Clapvo walks through multiple stages, sending each in turn.

Use cases

  • Onboarding sequences (welcome message, then key info, then CTA)
  • Qualification flows (ask a question, react to the answer)
  • Multi-message follow-ups that should always go in the same order

Steps

Open Settings -> Quick replies

Pick All or My.

Click Add

Open the builder.

Choose Funnel

Pick the multi-step type.

Add stages

Each stage is a collapsible block with its own message.

Configure each stage

Add the message, any media, and links.

Save

The funnel is now triggerable inline from any chat.

Tips

  • Funnels are great for templating common multi-step responses you’d otherwise type manually.
  • Preview the funnel before sending - see Preview a quick reply.
