Campaign actions panel
Campaign actions let you do more than just send a message. They run automatically as the campaign processes each recipient.

Available actions

  • Tag - apply a tag to each recipient.
  • Group - move recipients into a group for later targeting.
  • Archive - archive the chat associated with the recipient.
  • Block - block the recipient from further messaging.

Steps

Open the campaign builder

Create or edit a campaign.

Open the actions step

Switch to the actions panel.

Pick the actions you want

Tagging is the most common - use it to mark who received this campaign.

Save

The actions run automatically on each recipient as the campaign processes.

Tips

  • Tagging recipients with the campaign name makes future audience selection trivial - you can target everyone who received it (or did not).
  • Use blocking carefully. Once blocked, you cannot easily message the recipient again.
