Available actions
- Tag - apply a tag to each recipient.
- Group - move recipients into a group for later targeting.
- Archive - archive the chat associated with the recipient.
- Block - block the recipient from further messaging.
Steps

Open the campaign builder
Create or edit a campaign.

Open the actions step
Switch to the actions panel.

Pick the actions you want
Tagging is the most common - use it to mark who received this campaign.

Save
The actions run automatically on each recipient as the campaign processes.
Tips
- Tagging recipients with the campaign name makes future audience selection trivial - you can target everyone who received it (or did not).
- Use blocking carefully. Once blocked, you cannot easily message the recipient again.
