Preview drawer
The preview drawer shows you exactly what recipients will see, in WhatsApp-like formatting, before the campaign actually launches.

Before you start

  • A campaign in the builder, fully composed

Steps

Open the campaign

Continue editing in the campaign builder.

Open Preview

Click the preview action to open the drawer.

Review

Step through messages, buttons, lists, media, and any variants.

Adjust if needed

Close the drawer, fix anything, and re-open preview.

Tips

  • Always preview campaigns with media. Caption truncation is the most common mistake.
  • If you have message variants, the drawer shows each so you can confirm they all read well.
