Create campaign is the full builder. Use it when you want sequencing, multiple message variants, randomized senders, or detailed audience filters.

Before you start

  • An audience in mind
  • Templates ready (or messages drafted)
  • Decision on whether to randomize senders or message variants

Steps

Open Campaigns

Navigate to the campaigns module.

Click Add

Open the campaign builder.

Name the campaign

Use a name your team will recognize in history.

Pick an audience

Use audience selection to set recipients.

Add messages

Pick templates or write new content. Add variants if you want to A/B test.

Configure sequencing

Set delays between messages if you are sending more than one.

Configure senders

Pick connections. Enable randomize sender if you want to rotate.

Add actions

Optionally add tagging, grouping, archiving, or blocking actions.

Preview

Open the preview drawer to review.

Save and send

Launch the campaign.
