Randomize sender toggle
Randomize sender is one of Clapvo’s two highlight campaign features. Instead of sending every message from a single number, Clapvo rotates across the pool of connected numbers you choose - automatically.

Why this matters

  • Reduces the load on any single WhatsApp number, which lowers the risk of rate-limiting, throttling, or bans.
  • Improves overall deliverability of large campaigns.
  • Makes outreach look more natural - messages do not all originate from one number.
  • Lets you scale outbound volume by simply adding more connections instead of changing how you work.

Before you start

  • More than one connected WhatsApp number (see Add a connection)
  • A campaign that is large enough to benefit from rotation (typically anything over a few hundred recipients)

Steps

Open the campaign builder

Create or edit a campaign.

Open the senders step

Switch to the connections panel.

Enable randomize sender

Turn on the rotation option.

Pick eligible connections

Tick the numbers Clapvo can use for this campaign.

Save

When the campaign runs, Clapvo distributes messages randomly across the pool.
