Campaign progress
A stalled campaign is usually fixable in under a minute. Check these in order.

Common causes

  • The campaign was paused (manually or automatically)
  • The sending connection went offline
  • The campaign hit a rate limit and is throttling
  • Sequencing delays make progress look slow when it is actually working

Steps to fix

Open the campaign

Find it in the campaigns list.

Check the status

If it is paused, click Resume. See Pause / resume / cancel.

Check the sending connection(s)

If the number is disconnected, reconnect it. The campaign will continue once the number is back online.

Check sequencing

If you set delays between messages, the campaign may simply be waiting. The progress bar should still tick.

Check the dashboard

Broadcast progress on the dashboard updates in real time and may show what is happening more clearly.

Tips

  • For very large campaigns, expect natural slowdowns when randomize sender is rotating across multiple connections.
  • If you cannot recover the campaign, clone it and re-run with a clean setup.
