Login error
If you cannot sign in, work through these in order.

Common causes

  • Wrong password
  • Email not yet verified
  • Account on a different organization than you expect
  • Browser cache or cookies in a bad state

Steps to fix

Reset your password

Click Forgot password? on the login screen and follow the email link.

Verify your email

If you signed up recently, the verification email may still be sitting unread. Check spam too.

Check your organization

If you belong to multiple organizations, make sure you are landing in the right one. See Switch between organizations.

Try incognito or a different browser

Clears cached state that can confuse login.

Clear cookies for the Clapvo domain

A last-resort browser cleanup that resolves stale auth state.

Tips

  • Reset emails expire. If your link does not work, request a new one.
  • If you cannot reach the password reset email at all, contact support.
