Permission redirect
If clicking a module sends you somewhere else, Clapvo is enforcing one of three guards.

Common causes

  • Missing permission - your role does not include access to that module.
  • Missing organization access - you are not a member of the organization, or you have switched out of it.
  • Missing active connection - the workspace requires at least one connected WhatsApp number for many modules.

Steps to fix

Check your organization

Make sure you are in the organization that owns the module. See Switch between organizations.

Check your role

Ask an admin to confirm what role you have and which permissions it includes. See Edit a role.

Check connection state

Open Connections. If no number is connected, pair one.

Reload the page

Permission updates apply immediately, but a stale tab may still be using old state.

Tips

  • If access was working an hour ago and is not now, an admin probably edited your role.
  • For organization owners: when in doubt, sign in as a test agent to see what your team actually sees.
