Open Templates

Navigate to the templates module.

Click the template

Open the editor.

Update fields

Change the body, buttons, list items, media, or visibility.

Save

The change applies to anyone who uses the template going forward.

Tips

  • Test edited templates in a chat before relying on them in a campaign.
  • Templates already inside running campaigns may use the previous version - clone the campaign to pick up the new template if needed.
