Before you start
- A clear poll question and the answer options
Steps
Open Templates
Navigate to the templates module.
Click Add
Open the template builder.
Choose Poll
Pick the poll type.
Enter the question
Add the prompt.
Add options
List the answers recipients can pick.
Set visibility
Choose public or private.
Save
The poll is ready to send.
Tips
- Keep options mutually exclusive so the data is easy to interpret.
- Use polls in campaigns to segment your audience by their answer.
