Media template builder
Media templates pair a message with a file - image, audio, video, or document.

Before you start

  • The media file you want to attach
  • The caption or message body to send with it

Steps

Open Templates

Navigate to the templates module.

Click Add

Open the template builder.

Choose the media type

Pick image, audio, video, or document.

Upload the file

Attach your media.

Enter the caption

Add the body that will appear with the file.

Set visibility

Choose public or private.

Save

The template is ready to use.

Tips

  • Optimize media before uploading. Smaller files send faster and use less data on the recipient side.
  • Use video for demos, image for product visuals, document for invoices and contracts.
