Button template builder
Buttons turn your message into a one-tap action - perfect for confirmations, replies, or links.

Before you start

  • The message body and the labels you want on each button

Steps

Open Templates

Navigate to the templates module.

Click Add

Open the template builder.

Choose Button

Pick the button type.

Enter the message

Type the body customers will see above the buttons.

Add buttons

Enter button labels. Each button can be a quick reply or a URL action depending on type.

Set visibility

Choose public or private.

Save

The template is ready to use.

Tips

  • Keep button labels short - 1 to 3 words.
  • Make each button distinct so recipients can pick at a glance.
