Steps

Open Templates

Navigate to the templates module.

Click Add

Open the template builder.

Choose Plain message

Pick the text type.

Enter content

Type the message body. Keep it short and clear.

Set visibility

Choose public or private. See Template visibility.

Save

The template is now reusable across the organization.
