Move cards between stages - Clapvo Help Center

Moving a card on the kanban board updates the stage assigned to that chat - whether you opened it from the board or from the chats module.

Steps

Open the kanban board

Navigate to the kanban module.

Find the card

Use search or filters to locate the chat.

Drag and drop

Grab the card and drop it in a new column.

Cards show tags, message previews, and status rows directly - you can usually decide where to move a card without opening it.
If you prefer not to drag, assign the stage from the chat profile panel instead.
