Open Settings -> Quick replies -> My

Navigate to your personal list.

Grab a reply

Use the drag handle on the reply row.

Drop

Drop the reply where you want it.

Order saves automatically

No explicit save action needed.

Tips

  • Reorder periodically. The replies you used heavily last month may not be the ones you need this month.
  • Shared replies are typically reordered by admins through their own management flow.
