Before you start

  • Permission to delete contacts

Steps

Open Contacts

Navigate to the contacts module.

Find the contact

Locate them in the list.

Open the actions menu

Use the row actions or open the contact and choose delete.

Confirm

The contact is removed from your database.

Tips

  • If you need to remove many at once, deleting one by one is slow - filter and delete in bulk where supported.
  • Deleting a contact does not delete the chat history attached to their phone number.
