The contact profile gives you everything you know about a customer in one place.

Before you start

  • The contact exists in your database

Steps

Open Contacts

Navigate to the contacts module.

Click the contact name

Open the profile detail page.

What you will see

  • Basic details (name, phone, email, address fields where present)
  • Tags assigned to the contact
  • Any custom fields available
