Kanban filters
The kanban board offers two layers of filtering so you can focus on the cards that matter.
  • Each column has its own search box.
  • Filters cards inside that column only.
  • Useful when one column is dense and others are not.

Board filter

  • Filters every column at once.
  • Filter by phone, tags, or quick filters (saved combinations).
  • Active filters appear as chips at the top of the board.

Steps

Open the kanban board

Navigate to the kanban module.

Use per-column search

Type into a column search to filter inside it.

Use the board filter

Open the filter panel for board-wide filtering.

Read the filter chips

The chips strip at the top shows what filters are active.

Clear filters

Click a chip to remove that filter.

Tips

  • Tag filtering is the most powerful for large boards - tag chats during campaigns to make this easy later.
  • Use board filters for status reviews (“show me everything tagged VIP across all columns”).
