The kanban board can show every chat that has a stage assigned - but you can also add chats from inside the board itself.
Add a new chat
Open the kanban board
Navigate to the kanban module.
Click Add chat
Open the modal.
Choose New chat
Enter a phone number to start a new conversation.
Pick a stage
Place it in the correct column.
Pick an existing chat
Open the kanban board
Navigate to the kanban module.
Click Add chat
Open the modal.
Choose Pick existing
Search and select a chat.
Pick a stage
Place it in the correct column.
Tips
- Picking existing chats into the board is the easiest way to build a starting pipeline from your inbox.
