Steps

Open Account -> Billing

Navigate to the billing area.

Open the Subscription tab

View plan details.

Review

Plan name, connection count, included users, renewal date, and active add-ons.

What you will see

  • Plan name - Basic, Premium, or Enterprise.
  • Connections active - the number of paired WhatsApp numbers.
  • Included users - team members covered under the plan.
  • Renewal cadence - monthly or annual.
  • Active add-ons - any extra connections, users, or message capacity attached to your plan.
