Open Account -> Billing
Navigate to the billing area.

Open the Subscription tab
View plan details.

Review
Plan name, connection count, included users, renewal date, and active add-ons.
What you will see
- Plan name - Basic, Premium, or Enterprise.
- Connections active - the number of paired WhatsApp numbers.
- Included users - team members covered under the plan.
- Renewal cadence - monthly or annual.
- Active add-ons - any extra connections, users, or message capacity attached to your plan.
