Cancellation banner
Clapvo distinguishes between two cancellation states. The layout shows a banner so admins always know where they stand.

Cancelled-soon

  • Your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period.
  • You retain full access until then.
  • You can resume the subscription before the period ends.

Cancelled

  • The subscription has ended.
  • Access is restricted, depending on your plan terms.
  • To continue using Clapvo, start a new subscription.

Steps to manage

Open Account -> Billing

Navigate to the billing area.

Use the resume or restart action

Choose the option available for your current state.
