Never miss a customer reply. When notifications are on, Clapvo pops up an alert for every new message — even when you’re on another tab or away from your inbox. You decide whether they’re on, and you can change your mind any time.

Before you start

  • Make sure you’re signed in to Clapvo.
  • If your browser or phone asks whether to allow notifications from Clapvo, tap Allow.

Turn notifications on or off

Open your profile

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose My profile (under Organization).

Find the notifications setting

Look for the notifications option on your profile.

Flip the switch

Turn it on to get an alert for every new message, or off for some quiet.

Save

Save your change — that’s it.

Good to know

  • Not seeing any alerts even though the setting is on? Your browser or phone may still be blocking them — check that Clapvo is allowed to send notifications.
  • This is your own setting. Turning it on or off only affects you, not your teammates.
