# Reorder personal quick replies

> Drag-to-reorder your personal quick reply list.

Order matters - the replies you trigger most should sit at the top of the list. Drag-to-reorder lets you keep the list ergonomic.

## Steps

  <Step title="Open Settings -> Quick replies -> My">
    Navigate to your personal list.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Grab a reply">
    Use the drag handle on the reply row.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Drop">
    Drop the reply where you want it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Order saves automatically">
    No explicit save action needed.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Tips

* Reorder periodically. The replies you used heavily last month may not be the ones you need this month.
* Shared replies are typically reordered by admins through their own management flow.
