# Preview a quick reply before sending

> Open the preview modal to review a quick reply.

The preview modal shows you exactly what a quick reply will look like before you send it. Especially useful for funnel replies with multiple stages.

## Steps

  <Step title="Open Settings -> Quick replies">
    Navigate to your reply list (All or My).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the preview action">
    Click the preview button on the reply.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Step through stages">
    For funnel replies, navigate stage by stage.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Close">
    Return to the list when done.
  </Step>

## Tips

* Preview before promoting a personal reply to the shared list.
* For funnels, preview every stage to catch typos and missing media.
