# Read connection alerts

> Understand the alerts that appear when a number disconnects.

Clapvo shows a banner across the top of the workspace whenever a connected number drops offline so you do not miss it.

## Where alerts appear

* **Top banner** - persists across the layout until reconnected.
* **Connections list** - shows status for each number.
* **Dashboard** - connection health panel updates in real time.

## What to do

## Tips

* Alerts arrive in real time via socket. If a banner stays for more than a minute after reconnecting, refresh the page.
* Multiple disconnects show in one banner with a count.
