# Create a campaign

> Set up a full broadcast with audience, sequencing, and advanced options.

Create campaign is the full builder. Use it when you want sequencing, multiple message variants, randomized senders, or detailed audience filters.

## Before you start

* An audience in mind
* Templates ready (or messages drafted)
* Decision on whether to randomize senders or message variants

## Steps

    Navigate to the campaigns module.

  <Step title="Click Add">
    Open the campaign builder.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Name the campaign">
    Use a name your team will recognize in history.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick an audience">
    Use [audience selection](/docs/product/campaigns/audience-selection) to set recipients.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add messages">
    Pick templates or write new content. Add variants if you want to A/B test.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure sequencing">
    Set delays between messages if you are sending more than one.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure senders">
    Pick connections. Enable randomize sender if you want to rotate.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add actions">
    Optionally add tagging, grouping, archiving, or blocking actions.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Preview">
    Open the preview drawer to review.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save and send">
    Launch the campaign.
  </Step>
