# Billing & plans

> Plans, add-ons, invoices, and payment recovery.

Clapvo offers three plans. All plans include the shared team inbox, reusable templates, scheduled and bulk campaigns, contact management, and role and permission controls.

## Plans

| **Basic**      | $15/mo or $150/yr | 1 WhatsApp connection, 5 team members                           |
| **Premium**    | \$25/mo           | Higher limits than Basic                                        |
| **Enterprise** | Custom            | Custom limits, webhooks, dedicated onboarding, priority support |

Annual billing on the Basic plan saves \$30 per year compared to monthly.

## Add-ons (each \$15/mo)

* **Multiple connections** - additional WhatsApp numbers
* **Add users** - more team members beyond the included count
* **10K messages** - extra outbound message capacity
